As a father of two, a fiancé, a mortgage holder, and a business owner, I get the pressure. I live it too—and that’s exactly why I connect so well with the people I work with.
I’m passionate, down-to-earth, and definitely not the judgemental type. I also don’t take myself too seriously... and yeah, I swear (a lot) 😝
With a background in athletics and team sports, I bring that same mindset into coaching. For me, it’s all about working together—clear roles, solid communication, and showing up for one another. My clients are my team, and I always show up for my team—no questions asked

I’ve been a qualified personal trainer and sports nutritionist since 2016, working with a broad range of clients and goals. My experience spans across:

Disability – with over five years supporting individuals with a wide range of special needs, I’m proud to be one of the few PTs who are both registered and verified by the NDIS
Everyday men & women – this is where I truly shine. Around 80% of my clients over the past decade have been everyday Aussies juggling work, kids, relationships, and social lives—all while trying to feel better, move better, and achieve real health and fitness results
